Job description

We're looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.

They will join the College at a pivotal moment - having recently secured additional annual funding from Medr and introduced a new Accounting Platform this summer. They will lead the Finance Team and report to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer; they will be energised by the prospect of completing the implementation of the new Accounting Platform and more broadly they will play an important part in advancing the College's strategy for growth.

The successful candidate will be drawn to the College's vision, values and work. They will be a qualified accountant with a passion for leadership and an excellent communicator and influencer.
