Job description

Grounds maintenance is a vital service that supports Monmouthshire's ambition to deliver clean, safe, and sustainable communities. This key operational leadership role will manage and coordinate the Usk, Raglan and Goytre Town Team, working directly with Town Clerks and Area Supervisors to deliver an enhanced service across Usk, Raglan and surrounding areas.

The post holder will oversee the organisation, planning, and delivery of daily operational activities, ensuring high-quality standards and a professional public-facing service at all times.
