Are you organised, flexible and someone who takes a positive, can-do approach to your work? We're looking for a Corporate Support Officer to join our busy and exciting team, supporting colleagues who engage with stakeholders and partners across the public and private sector. You'll play an important role in helping to ensure services are delivered to a high standard across the authority.

About the roleThis varied role involves providing high-level administrative and clerical support across a range of functions. Responsibilities include meeting support, data entry, arranging training and meetings, producing management information, supporting compliance activities, maintaining records and contact lists, updating systems, supporting recruitment activities and undertaking purchasing and financial administration. You'll also provide excellent customer service, support information governance requirements and assist other teams as business needs require.
What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is:
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Can-do with the confidence to use their initiative, solve problems and take ownership of their work.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support different teams when required.
You'll also have good communication skills, experience using Microsoft Office and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Location and travelThe role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.
