Hours: 10 per week (Term Time Only plus 10 days)

Location: West End Primary School, West End Lane, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 5JP
Closing Date and Time: Thursday 24 Septmber 2026 at 8am
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 11.30am - 1.30pm
Start Date: Monday 2 November 2026
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our school catering team. The successful candidate will support the preparation and service of nutritious meals for pupils, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in delivering high standards of customer service, and is committed to promoting healthy eating within a school setting.
This is an extremely hands-on role and the successful candidate must be hardworking, energetic and reliable and have the ability to deal with issues using their own initiative as they arise.
The successful candidate will be employed by Horsforth School but primarily based at West End Primary School. This arrangement offers a unique opportunity to benefit from the expertise of both schools.
