• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of confidentiality and general data protection regulations
• Clear understanding of the FTSU requirements, regulations and requirements
• Highly developed negotiating and influential skills

• Awareness of changing trends within the healthcare sector

Knowlege and Experience

• Communication and relationship skills
• Experience of report writing, action plans and presentations
• The ability to remain non-judgmental when presented with information

• Ability to analyse complex facts, interpret both data and situations

• Able to plan and organise this role around substantive position, staff needs and organisational requirements
