FP&A Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits Location: Hybrid Working The Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed market leader that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesDelivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingProducing board-level reporting and executive presentationsDriving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processesSupporting commercial performance reviews and KPI developmentPartnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risksSupporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projectsProviding detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholdersThe Candidate We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and can confidently influence senior stakeholders.
