ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an inspiring, knowledgeable and dedicated Football Coach . The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality football coaching sessions that support the technical, tactical, physical and psychological development of players.

You will create an inclusive and positive coaching environment that encourages player development, confidence, enjoyment and a commitment to high performance. You will work closely with players to identify individual and team development needs, using appropriate coaching methodologies and evidence-informed practices to support continued improvement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build positive relationships with players, and a commitment to developing both performance and personal qualities. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking coach to make a meaningful impact on player development, contribute to a positive team culture, and support players in achieving their footballing potential.
