The Role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance across a key business area, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, forward-looking analysis, and actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and drive profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly reporting processes, including variance analysis and clear, concise commentaryTake ownership of financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningPartner with senior stakeholders to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to improve business visibilityProvide financial input into commercial decisions, including pricing, contracts, and new business initiativesSupport investment appraisals and ensure robust financial evaluation of projectsStrengthen financial controls and ensure integrity of data and reporting processesDeliver insight into performance trends and recommend actions to improve outcomesWhat You'll Be Working OnDriving performance across a significant revenue-generating business unitSupporting commercial teams with financial modelling and decision supportImproving the quality and accessibility of financial insight across the businessPartnering cross-functionally to align financial and operational prioritiesAbout You You'll be a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capability and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
