The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial teams, supporting decision-making and driving performance across your business area. Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insightful financial guidanceLeading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesDelivering clear, actionable analysis to support commercial decisionsIdentifying opportunities to enhance profitability, improve efficiency, and optimise cash flowSupporting governance and controls while enabling agility in a fast-paced environmentChallenging assumptions and influencing outcomes with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetBuilding strong cross-functional relationships to embed finance within the businessAbout You We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys influencing outcomes beyond the numbers. You will ideally bring:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification Strong business partnering experience with operational stakeholdersA track record of delivering tangible improvements (cost savings, process improvements, performance insight)The confidence to challenge and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts simplyA proactive, resilient approach with the ability to operate at paceAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
