Field Technician

Job description

The Field Technician will respond to customer complaints and/or enquiries with courtesy to ensure they are dealt with promptly or reported to immediate supervisor (or more senior level of management) without delay. Assume personal responsibility for the effective and efficient use of those Company resources under their control. Where required to drive Company vehicles, to carry out routine checks of vehicles and towing equipment to ensure compliance with Company guidelines or statutory regulations.
