Job summaryAre you a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist looking to work within a specialist Adult Eating Disorders Service? We're looking for a qualified
Family & Systemic Psychotherapist registered with UKCP (or an equivalent professional body) to join our established multidisciplinary team in Wiltshire.
This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers the opportunity to deliver specialist assessment and evidence-based family interventions for adults with eating disorders and their families.
Main duties of the job- Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for inpatients with complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
- Deliver evidence-based family and systemic psychotherapy interventions to patients, families, carers, couples and wider support networks.
- Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT
- Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making
- Support staff in developing their systemic thinking and practice through teaching, consultation, and supervision.
- Offer highly specialist systemic consultation to MDT colleagues regarding systemic aspects of care, risk, engagement, and recovery

- Registration as a systemic psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body
- Firs Professional qualification in a relevant discipline
Desirable - UKCP Registered Supervisor
Experience Essential - Significant post-qualification experience as a Systemic Psychotherapist and family therapy process relevant to client group
Desirable - Experience within specialists eating disorder services
Experience Essential - Experience of assessment / intervention with adults and families in a mental health or equivalent setting
Desirable - Experience of Service Development, audit, research or quality improvement initiatives
