Family Hub Worker

Job description

We're looking for Family Hub workers to join our Best Start for Life Early Help Teams across Cheshire West and Chester.

If you enjoy working directly with families, like being part of a close, supportive team, and want the chance to make a real difference early on, this could be the role for you.

We have x6 full time roles and x1 part time 18.5 hours role available.

About the Role

You will ensure that children and young people remain at the heart of all practice by delivering support through a strengths-based, relational approach. This should be informed by trauma-aware principles and viewed through a systemic lens in alignment with 'Our Way of Working' principles

You'll be someone who:

• Has experience working directly with children, young people and families
• Is confident having honest, respectful conversations
• Can manage a varied caseload and work with different services
• Understands how early help and whole‑family working makes a difference
• Is practical, reflective and team‑focused
• Be confident in delivering group work with parents, carers and their families

Roles are available across Northwich and Winsford. We'll talk with you during the process about preferences and what works best for you and the service.
