We're looking for 3 dedicated Family Hub Partnership Leads to bring people together, build strong partnerships and support a dedicated team delivering life-changing early help services.
At the heart of Devon's Best Start in Life and Best Start Family Hubs programmes, you'll help ensure babies, children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time. With a particular focus on improving outcomes for children from pregnancy to age 5, while supporting the wider Family Hubs offer for children and young people aged 0-19, and up to 25 for those with SEND, you'll work across health, education, social care, early years and the voluntary sector to strengthen local systems of support.
You'll be a visible leader in your community, bringing partners together, championing family voice, helping professionals work more effectively as one team, and driving improvements that make a lasting difference to children's lives and future opportunities.
You will; - Lead and strengthen multi-agency partnerships across your locality.
- Line manage, coach and support Family Hub Navigators and Family Hub Support Workers to deliver outstanding services.
- Champion high-quality Early Help practice and be the go-to expert for partners and practitioners.
- Chair multi-agency panels and practitioner forums.
- Use insight, data and local intelligence to shape and improve services.
- Ensure children, young people and families influence how services are designed and delivered.
You'll be an experienced professional with a passion for improving outcomes for children and families. You'll be confident leading people, building relationships, influencing partners and driving change across complex systems. You will help shape the future of Devon's Best Start Family Hubs, Influence services across health, education and community partners, Drive innovation and system-wide improvement and make a lasting difference for children, families and communities.

These roles are fixed term to 31/03/2029 therefore we are able to offer posts as secondments opportunities to internal Devon County Council employee's if requested and approved. We have opportunities across our 3 localities (South and West, North and Mid, Exeter and East). Please tell us your
