We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services across our office portfolio. You'll ensure our workplaces are safe, compliant, and welcoming for colleagues, visitors, and contractors, while driving high standards of service and value for money. Leading a team of Facilities Officers , you'll oversee contractor performance, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies. You'll also play a key role in delivering facilities projects and creating a positive workplace experience aligned with our HEART values .

Location: Fleet House, Farringdon, with regular travel across our London offices. This is primarily an office-based role, with the opportunity for one day of hybrid working, subject to business needs and manager agreement.

What you'll bring

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and developing a team within Facilities Management.
• Acquired or currently working towards Health and Safety NEBOSH or IOSH General certificate.
• Extensive knowledge of facilities services including building maintenance, systems, office equipment, office moves, procurement of goods and services.
• Experience of Multi-site Facilities Management.
• Previous knowledge of PPM and managing compliance.
• You'll be prepared to travel daily across multiple sites.
