We're looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support senior leaders who are responsible for delivering key services and strategic priorities across Devon County Council.
What you'll be doing Working closely with senior leaders you'll play a vital role in helping leadership teams stay organised, connected and focused on delivering outcomes for the people of Devon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, building relationships and supporting others to succeed. Previous Executive PA experience is not essential. We are interested in people with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly. Transferable skills gained from a wide range of professional backgrounds will be valued.
No two days will be the same. You'll be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, preparing correspondence and providing comprehensive administrative support.

You do not need previous Executive PA experience to succeed in this role. If you have strong transferable skills and are excited about supporting senior leaders through a period of significant change, we encourage you to apply.
