We are seeking an exceptional Executive PA to provide high-level, confidential and proactive support to our Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Place and the wider directorate. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting senior leaders delivering vital services that make a real difference to the people and communities of Pembrokeshire.
As Executive PA, you will provide trusted, advanced executive support, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Director's office. You will coordinate complex diaries, manage correspondence, prepare reports and meeting papers, arrange meetings and events, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Executive PAs to the Chief Executive and Council Leader, you will help deliver a professional, responsive and seamless executive support service.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings significant experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, managing multiple demands with confidence.
- Communicates effectively and professionally, both in writing and in person.
- Builds strong, credible relationships with colleagues, elected Members and external partners.
- Exercises sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and modern digital business systems.
- Works independently, uses initiative and remains calm and adaptable when priorities change.
