Advert Wording Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Accord Multi Academy TrustTo Start As Soon As PossibleAbout the RoleOssett Academy are seeking to appoint professional, reliable and detail-orientated Exam Invigilators to assist in the administration and supervision of key examinations throughout the academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations, maintaining the integrity, security, and smooth running of each examination session.
The Examination Invigilator will work under the direction of the Examinations Officer to carry out invigilation and administrative duties associated with the effective delivery of examinations. The postholder will ensure full compliance with examination board regulations and procedures, preparing examination rooms to the required standards and supporting the smooth conduct of both internal and external examinations. They will also contribute to creating a calm, secure, and supportive environment that enables candidates to perform to the best of their ability.
The postholder will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing for pupils at all times. They will act with professionalism, integrity, and vigilance, helping to ensure examinations are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures.
