Role:

We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations.

You will play a key role in ensuring exams are conducted in a calm, fair and secure environment, in line with exam board regulations. Duties include:

• Preparing exam rooms
• Supervising students during exams
• Distributing and collecting exam papers
• Reporting any irregularities

The ideal candidate will be:

• Organised
• Vigilant
• Able to communicate clearly with students and staff.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, however a flexible and responsible approach is essential. The main exam seasons starts in May and continues throughout May, June, and July. There may be additional times during the year for mock exams during December and March. Start times will usually be set at either 8:00am or 12:30pm, but invigilators should be aware that finishing times may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

This is a casual role, with hours offered during exam periods.
