Person specificationEducation/Knowledge and Qualifications Essential criteria - Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Qualification
- Track record of Estates Supervision in a health care or related organisation
- Evidence of ongoing personal and technical development
- Knowledge of HBN ,HTM and H&S regulations
Desirable criteria - Professional knowledge acquired to degree level with appropriate professional registration recognised by the Engineering Council UK or equivalent Estates Management performance, experience and specialist knowledge.
- Corporate membership of relevant professional body
- Authorised Person (Electrical, Pressure systems ,HVAC , Water)
Experience Essential criteria - Understanding of mechanical, electrical or building fabric maintenance of buildings services
- Proven knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and statutory obligations relating to health premises and Estate Management.
- Previous experience of either mechanical, electrical or building fabric maintenance work experience.
- Experience of working within a customer focused repairs and maintenance service.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of best Estates practice
- Experience of working with a range of portable tools, small plant, ladders and equipment to enable correct maintenance of the equipment to be carried out
