Estates and Maintenance Officer

The post holder will work with the Estates & Facilities Manager, who takes the lead on day-to-day activities. You will be working as part of the Estates Team, responsible for undertaking a wide range of duties connected with the security, maintenance, grounds work and operation of the College's buildings and sites.

The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.

Positions are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exception Order 1975, 2013, 2020, and 2023.
