Estates and Maintenance Officer (Electrical)

Join our Estates Team as an Estates and Maintenance Officer (Electrical) and play a vital role in keeping our College safe, secure and running smoothly. You will bring your electrical qualifications and expertise to the maintenance, testing, inspection and repair of systems across the estate, while also supporting planned and reactive maintenance, compliance checks, grounds and general building repairs. You'll respond to faults and emergencies, support contractors, set up facilities for teaching, exams and events, and provide a friendly, responsive service to students, staff and visitors. If you're a practical, reliable and solutions-focused professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys a varied, hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you.
