About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for recent graduate or someone who is looking to join the Higher Education sector to join the Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) team, part of the world class Imperial university. You will also support the work of University Admissions Tests UK ( UAT-UK ).
You will have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for applicants and you will ensure that receive accurate, timely, and consistent information across various channels.
What you would be doingAs a key member of the Enquiries team, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive student experience, by replying to enquiries via the internal enquiries system, email and in person. You will ensure GDPR regulations are respected, and you will learn to escalate any incident or concern to the other members of the admissions team.
- Manage the workload during busy times of the year, and liaise with the extended team.
- Relay customer feedback and comments and help contribute to proposals for improvements to current working methods
- Support the candidate journey for those taking UAT-UK tests

You will have experience in delivering a proactive and customer-focused service across multiple channels, including telephone, digital platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
You are a good team player and can organise your own work during busy times. You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
