Community Learning Partnerships is a highly recognised, successful Leeds based charity with 35 years of experience working in deprived areas of the city to reduce inequality, poverty and deprivation and improve the wellbeing of children, young people and adults through the provision of learning, skills and personal development opportunities.

We have been successful gaining funding from West Yorkshire Combined Authority in partnership with Department of Work and Pensions for our new project, Healthy Working Lives Supported Employment in Leeds, and are currently seeking to appoint:

Employer Engagement Worker

Initially 7-10 hours per week (hybrid)

Actual Salary: £14 per hour

Initially Funded to 31 March 2027 with Potential for up to 5 Years

We are looking for an Employer Engagement Worker to engage with employers to develop relationships and create sustainable employment opportunities whilst promoting and advocating for unemployed or inactive participants experiencing long-term health conditions and complex barriers to work.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Identify and engage with employers to source opportunities such as paid employment, work experience and volunteering.
• Identify current job vacancies and promote the programme to those employers.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

• 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time posts) [increasing according to length of service up to a maximum of 32] + statutory bank holidays
