Salary: Unqualified - £32,753.97- £34,306.68 per annum

Qualified - £36,058.84 -£45,524.92 per annum

PLUS a Golden Hello of 5%in Year 1

Qualified teacher rate: To attract the qualified teacher rate of pay, applicants should hold a recognised full FE teaching qualification, such as DiT, PGCE/PGCE FE, Cert Ed, or equivalent. Applicants without a full FE teaching qualification are still welcome to apply and, if appointed, will be supported to work towards one.

SouthStaffordshire College is looking to employ a dynamic, energetic, andenthusiastic full time Electrical Installation Lecturer; to join our expendingand successful team, the introduction of "T" level qualifications and greentechnologies in our new Green Village Centre will allow us to expand andinvigorate our curriculum offer for students with additions such as EV Chargingand Solar Voltaic courses as well as the chance to develop enhanced digitaltechnologies into the curriculum delivery.

Successfulapplicants must have relevant vocational experience and demonstrate theirability to be able to teach across a range of Electrical subjects to Level 3;support high quality delivery in all aspects of our provision within the remitof the area of learning, to support learners through appropriate induction,personal support and to undertake initial assessments as required by ourcollege policies and procedures. In addition, you will be required toprepare teaching and learning programmes to a high standard using appropriateindividual and group techniques, including the effective use of e-learningactivities and materials, which encourage active participation inlearning.

Theideal candidate will hold or be working towards a professional teachingqualification and have delivery experience and a passion for deliveringinnovative, interactive sessions as well as providing support, inspiration andguidance to our learners. In addition, you will need to have a flexibleapproach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
