Are you highly organised, customer focused and looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in your community?

We are seeking an Electoral Services Support Officer to join our dedicated Electoral Services Team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of elections, maintaining electoral registration processes and providing excellent administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service.

As the first point of contact for electoral enquiries, you will work closely with colleagues, members of the public and a range of stakeholders, helping to ensure that democratic processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and impartially.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in an office or customer-facing environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
