We are looking for someone who:
  • Is committed to supporting pupils' wellbeing and learning.
  • Can build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Is proactive, organised and able to assist with classroom preparation and routines.
  • Can follow school policies and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
  • Is confident in supporting learning activities and keeping pupils engaged.
  • Is reliable in supervising pupils to ensure their safety at all times.
  • Is flexible, willing to help with school activities, visits and day-to-day tasks.
  • Is comfortable using and supporting pupils with basic ICT and classroom resources.
  • Is willing to take on routine administrative tasks as needed
