Education Support Team Practitioner

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of this innovative service that works in
partnership with schools and colleagues across the local authority to enhance and promote the inclusion of children and young people in Monmouthshire schools.

Applications are sought from experienced, enthusiastic practitioners from a range of
backgrounds who have a commitment to inclusive practice. We welcome interest from
practitioners with experience of working with children/young people presenting with
behaviours that challenge, including those with additional learning needs (ALN),
neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism, and those at risk of exclusion.
