Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are looking for a dedicated and organised EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team.

As an EHCP Coordinator, you will act as the named officer for a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), supporting families, schools, and partner agencies through assessment, planning, review, and transition processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating multi-agency support, and developing high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs that place children and young people at the centre of decision-making.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience of working with children, young people and families within a SEND environment. You will have a sound understanding of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while working to statutory deadlines.

About You

• Relevant qualification at Level 4 or above, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND and their families.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and multi-agency working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage complex casework effectively.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
