As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to help children prepare for learning and achieve their developmental milestones. You will work closely with families, particularly those with preschool children at risk of poor outcomes, providing essential early help services within the home and community. Your partnership with parents will strengthen the home learning environment, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Deliver tailored interventions to support children's readiness for learning.
• Collaborate with families to provide early help services in various settings.
• Work alongside parents as their child's first educators, enhancing the home learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports as required.
• Support children with emerging special educational needs and disabilities.
• Communicate effectively with partners and service users to ensure a holistic approach to child development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years' experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.
• An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and child development principles.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
