Early Careers Projects Senior Analyst

We're hiring!

Aon are currently recruiting an Early Careers Projects Senior Analyst to join our team in London/ Hybrid mix of home and office working. The Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for working in close partnership with the UK EC program managers and other EC projects Senior Analysts to support the EC programs deployment and EC Cohort engagement.

About the Role

Your impact as an Early Careers Projects Senior Analyst:

Support the EC program deployment
  • Collaborate very closely with the aligned regional EC program manager(s).
  • Work in very close partnership with the other EC projects Senior Analyst to develop a good understanding of all programs and identify synergies and overlap.
  • Setup and support of preboarding, orientations and ongoing trainings across the regional EC programs and Insight events with outsourced producer and administration support:
    • Lead GP Strategy relationship to ensure the successful delivery of these learning programs and initiatives (including the update of all EC distribution lists/roasters monthly).
    • Produce sessions when needed.
    • Get involved in the design and delivery of the programs when relevant.
    • Play a key role in supporting the prep and delivery of EC in-person events.
    • Proactively provide programs status updates to program managers to help flag any potential issues.
    • Support other regional EC programs when relevant and needed.
Support EC Cohort engagement

With program managers' guidance and support, manage communications to EC participants and their managers:
  • Own and manage the Early Careers shared mailbox, in partnership with the other EC projects Senior Analyst.
  • Create and manage WebEx group chats (EC colleagues and managers).
  • Design engaging newsletters and communications.
  • Maintain EC SP site.
  • Update the PO calendar with key regional EC programs events.
  • Improve colleague experience by identifying innovative and efficient communications and leveraging technology and resources available at Aon - e.g.:
  • Make the most of new and relevant functionalities on WebEx.
  • Improve WebEx group chats experience.
  • Leverage Video Platform for internal and external communications.
Streamline processes and leverage data

In very close partnership with the other EC projects Senior Analyst:
  • Streamline feedback process across regional EC programs (identify core questions, survey frequency, keep clear records/store data properly to allow evolution analysis over time etc.) and align to global feedback process when relevant.
  • Data analysis - support the aligned regional program managers to leverage EC dashboard, engagement survey data and feedback survey results, by providing first level of analysis and key findings.
  • When needed, take the lead on global EC initiatives (e.g.: global PM tools, cost tracking system, etc.).
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

About you
Your knowledge and expertise:

  • Strong organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills with the ability demonstrated capacity to be flexible and proactive, work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Experience working in a lean environment with the ability to produce high quality deliverables on standard MS Office tools independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to confidently engage and manage effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer service skills, including a high level of professionalism.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude; passion for excellence and desire to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative information and develop appropriate recommendations to support continuous program improvements.
  • Strong problem solver.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Role based in UK but will be supporting other countries so some flexibility in working hours may be required from time to time.
  • LMS knowledge (Workday Learning experience will be an advantage).
  • Experience with facilitating and producing sessions will be an advantage.
  • Managing and creating SharePoint sites will be an advantage.
