Digital Skills Coach

15 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (term time), Fixed term until 31 July 2025

£23,630 - £25,656 per annum pro rata

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide tutorial support and coaching for adult learners engaging with our Digital Skills Courses at both City College Norwich and Paston College, as well as support all of our adult learners on Maths & English courses at Paston College. The post-holder will need to be flexible in approach and will work across both campuses.

You will provide relevant and consistent support to students to help them engage with their studies as well as guidance and help to improve their employment prospects. You will hold 1-2-1 sessions with students and work closely with the lecturing team to identify students' needs and help signpost them to pastoral services.

You will assist the team with recruitment and enrolment onto the adult courses at Paston, including helping to improve and develop this new provision. An innovative, flexible approach is required, and a strong sense of organisation and initiative is desirable. You will be needed to work across some evenings to support students attending evening lessons.

Therefore, a new one must be completed with City College Norwich.
