NEW CONTRACT ROLE - INSIDE IR 35 - NEED ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE Digital Engagement Lead / Data Transformation LeadSeptember - December initially (will extend after) Remote with occasional in person workshops in LondonWe are working with a leading consultancy to delivery a public sector programme. To ensure successful delivery, they are looking for a Digital Engagement Lead / Data Transformation Lead. Demonstrated ability to support organisational change by translating business needs and operational priorities into practical improvement plans.Knowledge of performance frameworks, metrics and evaluation approaches that help organisations measure progress and achieve intended outcomes.Experienced in working across business and technical teams to assess current maturity, identify gaps and define target-state capabilities.Effective at engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions and aligning differing perspectives around shared objectives.Track record of producing strategic recommendations, delivery roadmaps and investment rationale to support transformation and growthIf this role sounds of interest and you have live SC Clearance, please apply or reach out to me directly.
