Job description

2 x Digital Champions - One supporting in the Apprenticeships Team, the other in Construction and Professional Trades.

Please note the roles are Fixed Term until August 2028

As a Digital Champion, you will support the alignment of teaching practice with the Colleges digital strategy, promote a culture of creativity and innovation, and assist colleagues in adopting new technologies. The role also includes sharing digital skills across the College and providing guidance on systems and software. The postholder will work towards qualifications such as the Teacher Mentoring Programme Certificate and the Level 3 Digital Champion Apprenticeship.

We are seeking a colleague who can inspire confidence, encourage teams to take positive risks, and support the continuous development of teaching practice. The apprenticeship element will provide further CPD throughout the first year to enhance your own professional skills.
