We're looking for a
Development Strategy Manager to join our new Development Strategy and Information Management team and play a key role in delivering strategic projects and transformation initiatives. You'll lead the planning, coordination, governance and delivery of programmes that support our organisational objectives to deliver safe and compliant homes, and create lasting value for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, delivery and governance of strategic projects and programmes, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through to implementation.
- Develop project plans, business cases and delivery frameworks, establishing clear objectives, milestones, success measures and governance arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, engagement and effective decision-making.
- Monitor project performance, risks, budgets and dependencies, providing insightful reporting and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support the successful delivery of organisational change by embedding new processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver organisational priorities while promoting best practice project management and continuous improvement.
You'll be working in a hybrid way, with a minimum of two days (subject to change) based at one of our offices in either Farringdon, Croydon, Maidstone or Sittingbourne.
What you'll need - Experience coordinating complex projects from initiation through to delivery, with strong planning, coordination and monitoring capability.
- You'll either hold or be working towards an industry recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, Agile etc.) or qualified by experience.
- Strong risk management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a complex programme of work.
