Person specificationQualifications / Experience Essential criteria - Current NMC Registration HCPC
- 2 Years' experience working in ED. Experience of mentorship / assessing students or providing preceptorship.
- Knowledge of Manchester Triage
- Teaching/Mentorship qualification
- PILS / ILS trained
- post registration experience
- experience in working in Acute setting (ED, MAU, AAU, ITU - 2 years experience
Desirable criteria - Degree in Nursing
- Post registration additional courses
- Completion of or working towards a leadership programme
- APLS/EPLS TNCC/ATNC HMIMMS
- Participation in a change management project
- significant ED experience or equivalent
Experience/Knowledge/ Skills/Ability Essential criteria - Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of area coordination / leadership in acute care setting
Desirable criteria - Practical teaching experience formally or informally
