In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in leading the
Advanced Skills Baccalaureate across our campuses. You won't just be behind the scenes—you'll be leading by example in the classroom, mentoring new teachers, and helping everyone reach new heights.
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead & Inspire: Provide cross-college leadership, motivating staff to deliver top-tier teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Lead by Example: Maintain a hands-on teaching commitment to model outstanding classroom practice.
- Shape the Curriculum: Assist with curriculum planning, quality assurance, and developing engaging schemes of learning for every project.
- Support New Talent: Guide newly appointed teachers through their induction so they feel confident and ready to excel.
- Drive Success: Develop assessment guidelines that help learners achieve top-tier grades and reach their goals.
- Step Up: Deputise for the Curriculum Area Manager when needed, stepping into leadership with enthusiasm.

- Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
