You will need to be able to work well as a team and be passionate about improving the quality of life for people living with dementia. You will possess an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent as well as having good organisational, record keeping and facilitation skills combined with excellent communication and listening skills.
An understanding of the value of group activities to people living with dementia along with experience in a care or support environment will be essential.
