  • Utilise advanced Excel skills and pension administration systems like Civica UPM.
  • Support compliance with LGPS regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Deliver insightful reports that guide operational and project-related activities.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • A strong background in data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with pension administration systems.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a relevant field, such as pensions, HR, or payroll.
  • A solid understanding of LGPS regulations and data compliance.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex information and identify trends.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Presenting data clearly to various audiences.

  • Flexible Working: A balance between work and personal life.
  • Generous Leave: Time off to recharge and relax.
