Cybersecrity Consltant will spportGISI Conslting Grop's (GCG) Operating Companies (OPCOs) in strengtheningtheir cybersecrity postre by advancing their cybersecrity matrity inalignment with GCG global secrity strategy, policies, and standards. The rolewill act as an advisor to local bsiness and technology teams, condctcybersecrity matrity assessments, identify gaps and risks, drive remediationinitiatives, and spport the implementation of secrity best practices acrossdiverse bsiness environments. The Manager will work closely with the ICTCybersecrity and Compliance workstream teams to ensre consistent applicationof secrity controls.
This consltancy is p to ten months withthe possibility of an extension to one year.LocationThis role will be based remotely in the K.

Reporting LinesThe Consltant will work nder the direction of the SVP, IT Operations (based in the S)This role will have reglar meetings with the Cybersecrity and Compliance workstream teams and key stakeholders from the OPCOsPrimary Roles and Responsibilities Partner with assigned OPCOs to assess, improve, and monitor their cybersecrity matrity and alignment with GCG's Information Secrity Policies and standardsIdentify, assess, and monitor applicable local privacy, reglatory and contractal reqirements for assigned OPCOs, and ensre alignment with both local obligations and GCG's standardsDevelop and maintain remediation roadmaps and action plans to address identified secrity gapsSpport OPCOs in implementing secrity controls, standards, and procedres in accordance with GCG's cybersecrity reqirementsProvide gidance on cybersecrity governance, risk management, vlnerability management, incident response, data protection, identity and access management, and third-party risk managementDevelop SOPs, templates, checklists, and gidance docments to spport consistent adoption of cybersecrity best practicesEssentialCriteriaBachelor's degree in Compter Science, Cybersecrity, or eqivalent8+ years of relevant ICT experience in the field of cybersecrityStrong nderstanding of cybersecrity frameworks and indstry best practices, inclding NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 71, and risk management principlesDemonstrated experience assessing and improving cybersecrity matrity programsKnowledge of secrity governance, compliance, vlnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, and data protectionStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate technical risks into bsiness impactAbility to manage mltiple initiatives and priorities across different operating companiesExcellent commnication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-bilding skillsStrong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environmentDesired CriteriaCybersecrity certification desirableApplications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
