Warwickshire County Council's Business Centres are purpose-built to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the county. Strategically located throughout Warwickshire, we offer flexible, high-quality office and industrial space designed to meet the evolving needs of local businesses, from first-time office users to expanding enterprises, as well as onsite conference facilities and support.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors across our sites, supporting existing tenants and promote the Centres to attract new businesses. This is a varied role combining customer service, marketing, and operational support.

The vacancy is based at Eliot Park in Nuneaton but there is an expectation it to travel across the region as and when required.

Key Requirements
  • Deliver a professional front-of-house service and handle enquiries.
  • Manage unit enquiries, conduct viewings, and support tenant onboarding and exits.
  • Oversee meeting room and co-working space bookings.
  • Promote the centre through social media and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate business support and in-house events.
  • Handle administrative tasks including mail, billing, and customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and Health & Safety standards.

What we're looking for:
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive relationships.
  • Experience in marketing, social media, or events is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety is an advantage.
  • A driver's licence would be desirable as travel is expected to cover on all sites across the region.
