About the role

We are seeking a Curriculum Data Officer to work closely with relevant stakeholders across the College to ensure programme and module data is correctly reflected in the University's systems.

This role is part of the delivery of an ongoing vision to provide the University with the single source of truth for the student academic lifecycle, transform business processes and provide improvements to the student and staff experience at Imperial. You should apply if you are an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who works well with others.

What you would be doing

You will be responsible for the maintenance of institution, programme, module and assessment data across a range of internal and external systems. This data will include fields to support internal and external reporting requirements as part of CMA, OfS, SLC and HESA compliance.

What we are looking for

  • Previous administrative experience working in a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience maintaining definitive records or complex information and keeping track of updates and amendments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • High levels of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone who will be able to join our small and friendly team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term post until 30.06.2027.
