The main purpose of the role is to record and assess investigation records to ensure the quality of recording and linking of data for crimes and incidents is maintained at all times against Home Office Counting Rules (HOCR) and National Crime Recording Standards (NSIR). Also to ensure safeguarding principles and referrals are submitted in a timely manner

• The Crime Recording Operator is an office based role
