Job description
The successful candidate will be adaptable and quick-thinking, as daily cover requirements can change at short notice. You'll need to build positive relationships with children quickly, manage classrooms effectively and support pupils in continuing their learning with consistency and care.

The successful candidate(s) will:
• Be an excellent practitioner or have the potential to become one
• Have high expectations of all children and be able to inspire and motivate
• Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Be willing to develop their practice through professional development and instructional coaching opportunities
• Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and the school's drive to build a school community at the heart of the wider community
