Status
Essential criteria
- Membership of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent qualifications
- CCT in medical oncology or equivalent (or within 6 months of CCT at date of interview)
- Eligible for full GMC Registration
- Higher Research Degree (MD, PhD or equivalent)
Experience
Essential criteria
- Appropriate site-specific clinical experience in expertise in Sarcoma and Genetics
- Leading on design, set up and conduct of clinical and translational research protocols
- Proven publication track record in high impact peer reviewed journals
Desirable criteria
- Experience in translational laboratory research
- Track record in securing grant funding either peer reviewed or through industry partnership
- Experience in developing research collaborative groups
- Experience of working across institutions
