Get involved in every aspect of Commercial Strategy and Planning. Identify new market opportunities and the latest products. Define our quarterly and annual commercial plans. Manage sales and retention. This internship will help you understand the marketplace\u00a0 and our position in it.\u00a0

You could take on an internship in\u00a0
  • Propositional Development: decide which new products and services we should launch with the help of a clear strategy, as well as customer insights.\u00a0
  • Media Planning:\u00a0work with creative agencies to decide how we should spend our budget\u00a0
  • Trading Performance: improve sales and customer retention by fine-tuning our pricing and promotion strategies, as well as the channels we use.\u00a0

    What you'll be doing\u00a0
  • Analyse the TV market and competitor activity to inform commercial plans\u00a0
  • Collate insights on broader trends in TV and technology\u00a0
  • Gather and review best practices from other functions on successful embedding of competitor insights\u00a0
  • Lead collation of cross-functional updates on key activities and projects\u00a0
  • Work closely with Finance and Insight teams\u00a0
  • Support on other relevant team priorities e.g. analysis of outputs from research projects, project progress updates\u00a0
  • Find new ways to leverage and streamline team activity and workflow\u00a0

  • What you'll need to be\u00a0
  • In your penultimate year of university\u00a0\u00a0
  • Studying for an undergraduate degree, in any subject\u00a0
  • A great verbal and written communicator\u00a0
  • People orientated with strong organisational skills\u00a0\u00a0
  • Detail focussed\u00a0
  • Proactive and keen to drive improvements\u00a0
  • A problem solver, with skills to overcome obstacles and find creative alternatives\u00a0
