What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and enhancing performance reporting, ensuring KPI's drive accountability and actionProviding commercial insight to support pricing, cost efficiency, investment decisions and operational improvementsPartnering with leaders across the business to challenge thinking and improve performanceSupporting budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, translating operational drivers into financial outcomesEvaluating transformation and change initiatives, helping prioritise investments that deliver the greatest valueDelivering clear, actionable analysis to support strategic decision-makingDriving continuous improvement and helping shape a more commercially focused organisationEnsuring robust financial governance and controls are maintainedAbout You We're looking for an individual who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial curiosity and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
