ClinicalTeam Manager to lead our evolving Neurodiversity Pathway, with a primary focuson high quality autism assessment.
This post is a 1.0wte, 1 year fixed term position based in South Devon.This role sits at the heart of a serviceundergoing significant transformation, offering the post holder the chance toshape clinical practice, strengthen multidisciplinary working, and driveinnovative models of care that improve outcomes for neurodivergent children andyoung people.

Main duties of the jobProvideeffective collaborative leadership and day to day operational management of theclinical team
Ensurethe effective and efficient delivery of evidence based clinical care includingtriage, assessment, clinical formulation and care planning, treatment, anddischarge of children and young people
Ensure the service is delivered in partnership with other clinicalpathways within the locality, health specialties and partner organisationsacross health, education, social care and the voluntary sector.
Ensure the service is delivered in partnership with children,young people and their parents/ carers, ensuring their active participation isfacilitated and feedback elicited, considered and acted-upon.
In partnership with the Operations Manager, ensure that clinicaland non-clinical risks within the pathway are identified and managedeffectively.

- Professional registration/accreditation with a recognised body, e.g. NMC, HCPC, Social Work England, UKCP, BABCP
- Evidence of relevant CPD.
