Person specificationEducation/Qualification Essential criteria - Registered allied health care professional or registered nurse
- Degree/ masters level qualification relevant to community practice or Evidence of recent CPD
- Post-graduate management and/or leadership training
- Clinical supervisor training
- Specialist Community Practitioner/District Nursing qualification
Desirable criteria - Post Graduate masters level modular training
- Non medical prescribing
Experience Essential criteria - Significant post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical field
- Demonstrate broad experience post registration working in a variety of clinical settings.
- In depth experience of working within multi agency / multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of working with single assessment process
- Experience participating in a research or audit project and implementing full audit cycle
- Experience in mentorship role
- Experience of leading and managing a team
Desirable criteria - Experience of managing a budget
- Experience of managing and investigating complaints
- Experience of managing and investigating serious incidents
- Experience of undertaking service analysis / deep dive reviews.
Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria - Experience of implementing change management programmes e.g. service development
- Demonstrate advanced leadership & management skills
Desirable criteria - Advanced computer literacy
Other Essential criteria - Experience of electronic clinical systems
- As this is a community-based role, with travel between patient homes, there is a requirement to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
