Person specificationEducation/Qualification Essential criteria - Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or Registered Health Care Professional with current HCPC registration
- Degree/Diploma level Education in relevant area
Desirable criteria - Mentoring or coaching qualification
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education
- Teaching Qualification or willingness to work towards one
Experience Essential criteria - Experience at working in a community health settings
- Significant clinical experience
- Recent evidence of continuing personal and professional development
- Experience of teaching and facilitation of clinical skills and digital skills in healthcare and/or social care settings
- Experience of giving formal presentations
- Experience providing Clinical Support
- Experience of working with Care Homes and establishing trusted relationships
Desirable criteria - Experience of working in a care home setting to implement change
- Project management experience
Skills & Knowledge Essential criteria - Evidence of change management skills
- Proven workload and diary management
- Knowledge of the care home landscape and how to implement change in it.
- Advanced IG knowledge
- Knowledge of the NEWS2 and RESTORE2 systems
- Experience supporting staff to use digital technology such as Remote Monitoring, UCP, London Shared Care Records
