This is an exciting time at Bevan Brittan as we launch our new, ambitious strategy through to 2031 building on our exceptional growth during the past 5 years. Our Client Solutions & Innovation Strategy includes the launch of our new Client Solutions Hub including the creation of new roles configuring data and technology to work alongside our lawyers as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing client solutions. As Business Services Professionals, these new roles form an invaluable part of our client-facing team and so the new roles can expect to regularly interact with clients, as we seek to provide more innovative and better value services. Given this is a new Client Solutions Hub, we are starting with offering limited property-related services but anticipate that the Hub will grow to provide cross-firm services.

  • Client Solutions Analysts/Specialists
The role

You will work with the Head of Client Service Delivery and CSI Director to establish the Client Solutions Hub, including:
  • Defining service offerings, service catalogues and delivery standards (starting with real estate related services as Phase 1).
  • Establishing intake, triage, prioritisation and resource allocation processes.
  • Defining service levels, KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Creating necessary service delivery policies, procedures and governance frameworks (including quality assurance).
Provide supportive team leadership
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of Hub personnel.
  • Supervision of team members.
  • Fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture.
Delivery Management
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery.
  • Ensuring services are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Managing competing priorities and service demand across the business.
Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Being the primary escalation point for service delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and expand service offerings.
Commercial Management
  • Track service profitability where applicable.
  • Support pricing development.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to automate service delivery.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data and metrics to improve service performance.
What we are looking for from you
  • Experience working within a commercial law firm setting
  • Ability to build strong working relationships , establish personal credibility and have the confidence to have conversations with colleagues across the business and potentially with clients;
  • Positive, results-focused and with a flexible approach; taking ownership of issues; and pro-active in terms of making improvements to processes;
  • A collaborative team player who works with others effectively and in accordance with our values;
  • Good experience managing an operational delivery function, shared services or technology-enabled service teams.
  • Experience establishing new service delivery capabilities or centres of excellence.
  • Good understanding of service management principles and frameworks.
  • Strong experience implementing service catalogues, SLAs and operational governance.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Proactive approach to managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Experience implementing service management best practices aligned to ITIL and professional services environments.
Success Measures - First 12 Months
  • Successfully embed Phase 1 services provided by the Hub.
  • Develop and publish a service catalogue for Phase 1.
  • Introduce KPIs and service performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrate good levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build a scalable delivery model capable of supporting future phases reflecting growth of the firm.

We operate a hybrid working model based on the needs of our clients, teams and people. Our core business hours are 9am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday, but we're open to our people working more flexibly around those times and welcome a conversation with you if you have any questions about this.
